If you need to contact someone on the Kindle customer service team at Amazon.com, you have five options. Each is relatively simple and outlined below:
Contact Kindle customer service by chat
To begin a chat with Kindle customer service, you will need to:
- Log in to Amazon.com,
- Visit Amazon’s support page
- Select “Kindle, Fire or Alexa Device”
- Choose your device type
- The next two screens will ask you to choose an issue, choose any issue you want
- You will see an answer to your issue with a button at the bottom that says, “I need more help” Click that button.
- You will see a screen that offers you chat or a phone call. Select the chat option and a window will open, where you can chat with customer service.
You will begin by chatting with a chat bot, but you can eventually get past the robot and chat with a human in customer service who can resolve your issues.
